We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1 to 3 business days for plain items and 5-7 days for personalised items after artwork approval depending on stock availability. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the performance of local postal services.
International Orders:
For global shipments, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. This timeframe accounts for possible customs clearance and varying postal service efficiency across regions.

How to Return an Item:

Contact us within 14 days of purchase for plain items and 7 days for customised items (only if found damaged or faulty) at arkworkwearuk@gmail.com
- We'll issue you a Returns Authorisation Number.
- Return the item within 14 days of receiving your return number.
- Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- A valid invoice and dispatch note number must be provided.
- The Returns Authorisation Number must be included.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- All original documentation must be included.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that are not suitable for resale.
Returns postage
You are (buyer) responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. And pays for return postage.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Goods not classed as ARKWORKWEAR core stock

- Items held longer than 14 days after delivery

Trade & Distributor Returns
If you're a distributor or trade account holder, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to all returns. All standard return conditions must be met.
