Print Locations & Sizes:
- Left Chest Only 4 inches or 10cm wide max.
- Front Chest Only 10 inches or 25cm wide max.
- Back Print only 10 inches or 25cm wide max.
- Left Chest & Back 4 inches chest and 10 inches wide back.
- Front Chest & Back Print both 10 inches or 25cm wide.
What we need to produce good quality t-shirt?
- We need high resolution .png or anyother image format image
- Better the image quality , better the print
- If the image does not meet the minimum required resolution, we cannot print it.
- We then need to convert your image to SVG, it will cost you £12.
The minimum t-shirt weight will be 150GSM. We use Fruit of the loom and Gildan brands. You can request to upgrade the weight if you intend to use these for your business.

UK Orders:
We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1 to 3 business days for plain items and 5-7 days for personalised items depending on stock availability. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the performance of local postal services.
International Orders:
For global shipments, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. This timeframe accounts for possible customs clearance and varying postal service efficiency across regions.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ARKWORKWEAR purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange—whether for a similar item or something different.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase for plain items and 7 days for customised items at arkworkwearuk@gmail.com
- We'll issue you a Returns Authorisation Number.
- Return the item within 14 days of receiving your return number.
- Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
NOTE: ARKWORKWEAR will not accept any returns without a Valid Returns Authorisation Number
Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- A valid invoice and dispatch note number must be provided.
- The Returns Authorisation Number must be included.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- All original documentation must be included.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that are not suitable for resale.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at a fee depending on the parcel weight. If collection fails due to customer error. The customer must drop the parcel at relevant courier's drop off point.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Goods not classed as ARKWORKWEAR core stock
- Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. Custom Embroidered & Printed)
- Samples
- Items held longer than 14 days after delivery
- Discontinued stock or clearance items
Trade & Distributor Returns
If you're a distributor or trade account holder, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to all returns. All standard return conditions must be met.
