WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Before washing, always look at the care label and carefully follow the instructions. Most good quality detergents, washing machines and fabrics are manufactured to ensure that when the stated instructions are adhered to and the garment is washed according to the said temperature and dried as per the procedures mentioned; they will wash well and look good after each wash.
The following points should be used as guidelines for all garments:
Before washing, close all zips, undo buttons, check pockets for loose or sharp objects, flatten out collars and cuffs.
Always refer to the Label before Washing.
Always check to ensure the Washing Machine is not overloaded.
Use a good quality detergent and ensure that the right amount of detergent is used.

UK Orders:
We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1 to 3 business days for plain items and 5-7 days for personalised items after artwork approval depending on stock availability. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the performance of local postal services.
International Orders:
For global shipments, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. This timeframe accounts for possible customs clearance and varying postal service efficiency across regions.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ARKWORKWEAR purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase for a
Refund less postage costs for any reason other than damaged or faulty items.
Exchange We do not offer any exchange service, you have to return and reorder your required item.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase for plain items and 7 days for customised items (only if found damaged or faulty) at arkworkwearuk@gmail.com
- We'll issue you a Returns Authorisation Number.
- Return the item within 14 days of receiving your return number.
- Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- A valid invoice and dispatch note number must be provided.
- The Returns Authorisation Number must be included.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- All original documentation must be included.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that are not suitable for resale.
Returns postage
You are (buyer) responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. And pays for return postage.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Goods not classed as ARKWORKWEAR core stock
- Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. Custom Embroidered & Printed)
- Samples
- Items held longer than 14 days after delivery
- Discontinued stock or clearance items
Trade & Distributor Returns
If you're a distributor or trade account holder, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to all returns. All standard return conditions must be met.
