Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ARKWORKWEAR purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange—whether for a similar item or something different.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase for plain items and 7 days for customised items at arkworkwearuk@gmail.com
- We'll issue you a Returns Authorisation Number.
- Return the item within 14 days of receiving your return number.
- Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
NOTE: ARKWORKWEAR will not accept any returns without a Valid Returns Authorisation Number
Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- A valid invoice and dispatch note number must be provided.
- The Returns Authorisation Number must be included.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- All original documentation must be included.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that are not suitable for resale.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at a fee depending on the parcel weight. If collection fails due to customer error. The customer must drop the parcel at relevant courier's drop off point.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Goods not classed as ARKWORKWEAR core stock
- Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. Custom Embroidered & Printed)
- Samples
- Items held longer than 14 days after delivery
- Discontinued stock or clearance items
Trade & Distributor Returns
If you're a distributor or trade account holder, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to all returns. All standard return conditions must be met.
