Can you please double check all the customisation details and provide enough information to get your order right first time. As custom embroidered and printed items cant be corrected again and the garments are wasted. Thanks

We make every effort to dispatch the shirts within given time. But sometimes it is impossible to do so because of work load. Every order goes into a queue and processed on its turn. So please allow extra time for order to be processed. If you need it quickly please also pay for first class delivery. Thanks

No Returns Personalized Embroidered Items Unless Faulty. Each and every item is checked before and after embroidery. So to avoid any confusion please double check all the details regarding customization, garment color and sizes. Thanks

Shipping Information
UK Orders:
We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1 to 3 business days for plain items and 5-7 days for personalised items depending on stock availability. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the performance of local postal services.
International Orders:
For global shipments, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. This timeframe accounts for possible customs clearance and varying postal service efficiency across regions.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ARKWORKWEAR purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange—whether for a similar item or something different.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase for plain items and 7 days for customised items at arkworkwearuk@gmail.com
- We'll issue you a Returns Authorisation Number.
- Return the item within 14 days of receiving your return number.
- Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
NOTE: ARKWORKWEAR will not accept any returns without a Valid Returns Authorisation Number
Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- A valid invoice and dispatch note number must be provided.
- The Returns Authorisation Number must be included.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- All original documentation must be included.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that are not suitable for resale.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at a fee depending on the parcel weight. If collection fails due to customer error. The customer must drop the parcel at relevant courier's drop off point.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Goods not classed as ARKWORKWEAR core stock
- Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. Custom Embroidered & Printed)
- Samples
- Items held longer than 14 days after delivery
- Discontinued stock or clearance items
Trade & Distributor Returns
If you're a distributor or trade account holder, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to all returns. All standard return conditions must be met.
